Bill Morris, President
Bill started Benchmark in 1993. In the first year, he was able to align with a multitude of large clients and has never looked back. Sales exceeded $1,000,000 in just the second year of business and have grown from there. Bill provides the technical expertise for the Benchmark, FSC and Nexel Shelving USA projects. He’ll put his organizational skills to use making sure that the flow of information between dealers is smooth and that the details of all transactions are correct.
Susan Lucas, Sales
Susan started working for Benchmark in 2006 as an administrative assistant. Recognizing her great people skills, Bill moved her into sales where she’s been a valuable asset. At Benchmark Shelving, Susan will be handling new and used shelving equipment sales. internet sales and coordination between dealers with co-business’ Filing Systems Clearinghouse and Nexel Shelving USA, chances are, whether you’re a consumer or a dealer, you’ll be talking to Susan at some point in your transaction.
Bill was fortunate to be able to meet an installer named Ascencions Muldonado shortly after he founded Benchmark. It took only (2) trial project installations for him to recognize that this was the person he wanted doing all of his work. Not only had he found someone fast and extremely efficient but the honesty side was what really sold him.
A&M Installation was born and they have partnered up ever since. When on the job decisions have had to be made, A&M has always taken the initiative to do what was right … and they have always been good decisions. What Benchmark has always appreciated is A&M not just doing every project the right way, but to take the time to do a thorough walk through one last time before walking out the door and turning the lights out.
